Freetech Plastics is committed to achieving one goal: "To make it like you want it." To fulfill this commitment, we have built up state-of-the-art tooling, forming, and part trimming technologies. For over 25 years we've provided precision Pressure Forming parts for the Medical, Scientific, Telecommunication, and Electronic Enclosure markets. During this time we have received numerous honors, including the coveted Society of Plastics Engineer's "People Choice Award" -- the top prize in the Thermoforming industry an unprecedented 3 times. However, we believe our parts tell our story best. In each job is the culmination of three critical areas that account for our success. Together they form the working principles of our operation.

Thermoforming

First, we work closely with our customers to understand what they need and want. Designers have specific objectives for their parts. It is our job to insure those goals are met in the final product. Many Pressure Formers can make parts that simply meet specifications. The critical issue is: Do the parts meet the expectations and performance requirements of the customer? To accomplish these goals requires communication that goes beyond a set of specs. We strive to determine every factor that effects the desired look and feel of the part -- as well as its intended function.

Second, as an industry leader Freetech is one of the premier developers of tooling and process technology. Our experience in collaborating with a wide range of industrial design firms has set a demanding stage for quality production. Our 3-D CAD-CAM and 5-Axis CNC machining enable us to develop precision tools necessary to make parts the way the designer intended.

Third, we approach our work with a spirit of innovation. Freetech's experience, our state-of-the-art facilities, and our "can-do" attitude enable us to stretch the boundaries of the Pressure Forming process.
